Roles

Technical Program Manager

2024–Present

Leading large-scale cloud migration programs with responsibility for program planning, cross-team coordination, delivery governance, and risk management. Accountable for aligning technical execution with strategic objectives while ensuring predictability, quality, and stakeholder trust across complex, multi-stream initiatives.

Project Management

Led end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year technology transformation programs involving distributed teams and multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities included delivery governance, risk management, quality assurance, release planning, and executive communication. Focused on building trust, ensuring predictability, and aligning execution with strategic objectives.

2015 - 2013

Delivery & Program Leadership

2010 - 2015

Managed multiple concurrent projects within structured and agile delivery models. Owned requirements analysis, planning, execution tracking, quality validation, and production readiness. Acted as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and technical teams across geographies.

Data Engineering Foundations

2003 - 2010

Worked on end-to-end database and data pipeline development, including data modeling, ETL design, and integration workflows. Built strong fundamentals in system thinking, data quality, and structured problem-solving that informed later leadership roles.
